How do I know if a wheel is available for my Vehicle?

Use our Search Wheels by Vehicle. All the wheels available for your vehicle will be shown. You can also call one of our experienced salesmen to assist you with any fitment questions.

If the wheels I want are not in stock, how long does it to take to build them?

It will take only One to two weeks.

When I place an order, when will my credit card be charged?

Before anything is ever processed, we make sure for you that the wheels and tires you ordered will correctly fit your vehicle. Once fitment is determined, your credit card will be charged and the order will be processed.

Do you offer a warranty on wheels and tires?

All of our wheels have a lifetime warranty against structural defects. All wheels have a 1 year warranty on chrome. All tires have a minimum of a 30,000 mile warranty. .

I do not have a Credit Card how can I place an order?

We also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Check by Mail, we also take Debit Cards...Call for us details.

How much is Shipping?

Shipping is 100% FREE in the continental United States. Stay away from other sites that try to slip in "handling fees" and other bogus charges. The price you see on our site is the price you pay for delivery straight to your door.

How much is Mounting and Balancing?

Mounting and Balancing is 100% FREE, again, watch out for shady websites that will charge you for this service.

All Wheels and Tires are Insured when shipped to our clients. You are paying for an important adition to your ride, we make sure it gets to you with every step of the way.

Are my Wheels and Tires Brand New or...?

All products from USA Custom Wheels are First Line, Brand New and right off the shelf. You can expect nothing less than brand new top quality merchandise, never any used goods.

How long will the shipment of my order take?

Typically in 3-5 days, no longer than 7-10 business days. Call us for an exact time.

How should I maintain my polished and chrome wheels?

What if I damage a wheel?

There is no warranty on damaged wheels. In some cases, minor damage can be repaired at a local wheel repair shop.

I Ordered Online, How do I know if my Order has been processed?

One of our sales staff will contact you within 24 hours of purchase to confirm all aspects of your Order. If we have not made contact with you, feel free to contact us at (916) 332-0786 to process your order. We must make contact with all clients or the Order will not be processed.

Can I run my wheels in the snow?

We strongly recommend against running the wheels where road salt is used. The salt will surface pit the wheels. If you have to run the wheels under such conditions, immediately wash them down. If the wheels pit due to negligence, there is no warranty.
