Steps to use the Wheel Visualizer
Step 1 - The Wheel Visualizer is only compatible with Internet Explorer.
Step 2 - Close all Windows and Applications running prior to Viewing the Wheel Vizualizer.
Step 3 - Download and Install the Plugin here: Wheel Visualizer Plugin
